We believe our industry should be open to everyone.

Sport and culture bring people together — but access to them is deeply unequal. A ticket, a trip, a night in a hotel: these are ordinary parts of our daily business, and extraordinary for a child who has never had one.

So we do two things. We contribute financially, on a recurring and structured basis. And we put our own products to work: seats, hospitality, travel and logistics.

Our focus is children: education, health, play and protection.

How we contribute

  • €1 per seat

    For every seat sold on selected Events Arena products and campaigns, we contribute €1 to child-focused programmes.

    It scales with our business: the more we grow, the more we give.

  • Monthly commitment

    A fixed monthly contribution to the organisations we support, committed over several years.

    Predictable funding is worth more to an NGO than a large one-off cheque.

  • Emergency response

    When a major humanitarian crisis hits, we activate: a direct company contribution, voluntary donations from our team matched 1:1 by Events Arena, and an open call to our partners to join us.

  • Seats, trips and experiences

    Money is only half of what we can give. We take children, families and amateur clubs to the matches, Grands Prix and concerts we work on every day, covering the tickets and, where we can, the travel.

    For a child who has never been inside a stadium, this is not a donation. It is a memory.

We can do more together than alone.

If you are a club, a promoter, a hotel group, a distribution platform or a supplier, there are four ways to get involved:

  • Match our €1 per seat.

    We contribute €1 for every seat sold. Match it, and the impact doubles at no additional operational cost to you.

  • Contribute seats.

    Unsold or unused inventory becomes a first match, a first Grand Prix, a first concert for a child who would never otherwise go.

  • Contribute what you already have.

    Rooms, transfers, meals, kit, staff time. In-kind support from suppliers is what turns a modest budget into a real experience.

  • Join an emergency activation.

    When we launch a crisis campaign, we will tell you what we are putting in and ask whether you want to stand alongside us. No obligation, ever.

Transparency

We know what we give and where it goes. Every year, we keep track of:

  • Total contributed, broken down by mechanism
  • Each organisation supported and the specific programme funded
  • Number of experiences offered and beneficiaries reached
  • Partner contributions, named with their permission
